Does anyone know why the Lusitania began to lean to starboard?

Lusitania was unlike titanic also shot that went along with the ship. Since the torpedo struck home side came the water just in on one part of the ship.
After the Titanic dropped claimed Cunard experts that she probably had survived if she had had longitudinal bulkheads as Lusitania. WSL answered me that the slope would be so severe that it would not have been able to celebrate the lifeboats. They pressed not too hard on the point, but the White Star Line experts were eerily right in what they said, then Lusitania began to lean only after 10-12 seconds.
